Advocai LLP – lawyers for the sick, injured, and elderly, are deeply concerned with the lack of transparency and measures taken by the Ministry of Long-Term Care with respect to COVID 19.
We have written and sent an Open Letter to the Minister of Long-Term Care regarding COVID 19 Transparency and Measures which is attached below. We encourage the Ministry to provide transparency for all long-term care home residents, staff and all Ontarians. We encourage further measures be taken to protect Ontario’s vulnerable elderly.
